Josie is a certified Lifestyle & Fitness coach based in London, with over 10 years experience.
She takes into consideration that every individual is different therefore its vital to fit the training and nutrition to the client and not the other way around. For each new client she considers their, gender, age, body type, hormones, dietary history, schedules, social responsibilities and of course their goals. She also believes its important to find out each client’s understanding of the term ‘being fit’!
Josie’s clients describe her as having a positive attitude and someone willing to go that extra mile. She understands the value of building a relationship with her clients that’s transparent and accountable. It is for this reason she places a lot of time & effort into building a great rapport with each client, so that they always feel comfortable and willing to share anything and everything. She knows that different aspects of life may get in the way or affect her clients progression, therefore stresses the importance of transparency in order to find solutions or ways to adapt. Her main motto is ‘UNCONDITIONAL SUPPORT’ which is always aimed at keeping her clients focused and on track.

The most optimal video programming specific to your goals, which includes: order of exercise, number of sets and reps, intensity, tempo and rest period. I make sure your video routine is clearly explained also placing emphasis on form and technique.

What may work for a friend may not necessarily work for you. I therefore tweak each diet so it’s specific to the individuals needs and requirements taking into consideration their social life style. And who says, a healthy diet has to be boring, certainly not me cos I don’t do boring food 🙂

I needed a PT to get me on track and keep me there in the lead up to my wedding. I was still carrying baby weight (even though my little one was 16 months old). I met with Josie and a couple of other PTs but she really understood my goals and what I wanted to achieve that I signed up with her. She asked me to show her the dress so we could target areas that were on show and I really felt like she was on the journey with me.

She worked me hard but made it fun and always pushed me much harder than I would have pushed myself. I hit my targets and more I dropped 2 dress sizes and toned up.
